Quietly good things for everyday use

We're a small team of makers, brewers and cooks who got tired of disposable kitchen gear. So we set out to build a tight, honest collection — coffee equipment, kitchenware and tools — where every piece earns its place on the shelf. No filler, no novelty, nothing we wouldn't keep ourselves.

Everything we sell is chosen for three reasons: it's made from materials that age well, it's repairable or refillable where it can be, and it simply works better than the cheap version you'll replace twice. We'd rather sell you one good kettle than three mediocre ones.

How we choose what to sell

• Durable materials first. Glass, stainless steel, stoneware, hardwood and waxed canvas — things that take a knock and keep going.
• Less waste. Reusable filters, refillable canisters and packaging that's recyclable end to end.
• Honest pricing. We keep the range small so we can buy well and pass the savings on, rather than marking up to discount later.

Shipping

We ship on every business day. Orders placed before 2pm local time usually leave the workshop the same day. Standard delivery is a flat rate, and it's free on any order over $50. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is collected. We currently ship to most countries; any duties or import taxes are calculated at your border and aren't included in the price shown.

Returns & exchanges

If something isn't right, you have 30 days to send it back for a refund or exchange. We include a prepaid return label with every order, so there's nothing to print and nothing to pay. Items should come back in usable condition — we're reasonable about normal handling. Once your return reaches us, refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days. For full details, see our return policy.

Warranty

Every product is covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a seam fails or a part stops working through no fault of your own, write to support@coffemol.com and we'll repair or replace it.
